Line up is located on Old HWY 63, first road south of the Newport caution light. Line up can begin at 4:30 PM. All entries must be in their places by 5:45 PM. Late and unregistered entries will be placed at the rear. Parade starts at 6 PM. Please complete one entry form per unit.

Important Instructions:
Please enter the parade line up through HWY 63 and Old HWY 63 entrance.
All entrants MUST REPORT to the check in table located at the GROUP C sign in order to receive number. There will be extra applications for unregistered entrants. Unregistered entrants will park on the right side of the street in GROUP D.
There will be NO PERSONAL VECHICLES allowed past the check in table. If you are dropping participants off, you will be asked to park on the left side of the street and walk to your entrant.
Please use caution throughout the parade route. The announcers are located at the Starting Line on S. Main Street. Please pause while your description is being read.
Entrants should not stop to unload until after E. Water Street. Pick up locations should be established in advance as cell reception can be spotty.
HAVE A GREAT TIME! There are SEVEN AWARDS, which will be selected by the Newport Hill Climb Royalty and given out during the stop at the Starting Line if you are selected.
